Cancellations/Refunds

Due to the custom nature of these prints, refunds will only be given if the printing process has not been started. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be made as well as any changes made to the order. 

If a refund is granted, the total amount minus a 10% restocking fee will be refunded. This fee is a processing fee set by the Shopify website that is not refunded to us. 

If there are any issues with an order once it has been received, issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please check your order as soon as it's received for this reason. Depending on the issue, reprints or refunds will be made from there.
