Please ensure all artwork that is uploaded have transparent backgrounds and are in PNG Format only with a 300 DPI. Any background will be printed as we do not know if it's supposed to be like that, replacements will be sent at the buyer's expense. If any image is blurry or pixelated, it will print that way. We will print the exact thing that we're sent, files with low quality issues will be replaced at buyer's expense.

SVG and AI files have been known to cause issues with sizing, color changes, etc. If there are any issues because of the file itself, those will not be replaced at our expense. PNG file format with transparent background is best. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we feel like it violates a trademark or intellectual copyright. By sending these prints to us, you are confirming that you have the right to use these files.
